The 4th International Cable Supported Bridge Operators' Conference was held June 16-19, 2004 in Copenhagen. The New York State Bridge Authority, NYSBA hosted the first International Suspension Bridge Operators Conference in 1991 and the second conference in 2000. Honshu-Shikoku Bridge Authority, HSBA hosted the 3rd conference in Japan in 2002.
